Booking and cancellation conditions

You can choose between a standard and a guaranteed reservation booking.

Standard booking

* Arrival on or before 18.00 Uhr
* Free cancellation until 18.00 clock (local time) on day of arrival
* In case of late cancellation the first night will be charged to 100%
* Check-in from 14.00 clock
* Check-out until 12.00 clock

Guaranteed booking

* Check possible after 18:00 clock (local time)
* regardless of the time of arrival, room will be held the night
* Reservation by credit card guarantee only
* there is no show or late cancellation the guest
an obligation to pay to the hotel in the amount of 100% of the first night
* Check-in from 14.00 clock
* Check-out until 12.00 clock

Children

* Children stay free with parents of 0-10 years
* Extra bed for children ages 10 and 20 Euro per night
* Cot upon availability € 10 per night

Cancellation conditions during fair periods

* to 30 days before arrival cancellation free of charge
* to 14 days before arrival 50% cancellation fee of the booked total power
* to 7 days before arrival 70% cancellation fee of the booked total power
* to 3 days before arrival 90% cancellation fee of the booked total power
* for cancellations received after this date 100% of the booked total power can be calculated
